Describe Bapusaheb Buti's emotional journey regarding the construction of the wada and how his devotion was ultimately rewarded.

📖 Chapter 39

Bapusaheb Buti's feelings about the mansion underwent a significant transformation. Initially, he was hopeful, planning to build a temple for Murlidhar but steadfastly refused to proceed without his Guru's command. Upon receiving Sai Baba's joyful approval, he began the work. However, as Chapter 39 recounts, when Baba fell seriously ill, Buti became deeply anxious and filled with regret. He feared that the lakhs of rupees spent would be wasted if Baba passed away before his feet could touch the temple. His fortune was realized in an unexpected way when Baba's last words were, "Place me in the mansion." This command led to Baba's holy body being placed in the inner sanctum, transforming the wada into the sacred Samadhi Mandir, making Buti's luck blessed and fulfilling the mansion's great destiny.
