Could you explain the sequence of events that led to the Buti Wada becoming the Samadhi Mandir?

Initially, the Buti Wada was being constructed as a temple for a Murlidhar idol. However, as chapter 39 narrates, a significant change occurred when Sai Baba fell seriously ill. The builder, Bapusaheb Buti, grew anxious that the project would be pointless without Baba. Then, by a stroke of fate and what is described as Sai's command, the mansion's great fortune was realized. Baba’s last words were, "Place me in the mansion." Following this final instruction, his holy body was placed in the inner sanctum, transforming the building intended for Murlidhar into the sacred Samadhi Mandir.
