Could you describe the Chavadi procession and how the atmosphere contributed to the devotees' experience?

📖 Chapter 37

The Chavadi procession, which began in 1910, was a significant event held every other night. As detailed in Chapter 37, the celebration would commence with a bhajan group assembling at the Masjid and singing until midnight. The scene was vibrant, with a chariot, a Tulsi altar, and devotees gathered around Baba. The air filled with the sounds of cymbals, mridangas, and bells, creating what the text calls a 'storm of bhajan.' Chapter 37 also mentions how decorations like arches, garlands, and rows of lamps, along with the resplendently decorated horse Shyamakarna, created a festive and spiritually charged atmosphere, drawing devotees closer to Sai.
