Chapter 37 seems to devalue heaven. If that's the case, what is the purpose of creating physical community centers for devotees?

📖 Chapter 37

While Chapter 37 does indeed question the pursuit of a heavenly abode meant only for sensual pleasure, it simultaneously elevates the importance of our life on earth. It states that 'the earth-world is of profound importance' because even a fleeting life here allows one to attain fearlessness by offering actions to God. The text explicitly defines the value of a place by its spiritual activities, asking, 'Where there are no devotees of God, no narration of the stories of Hari and the Guru, and no music, dance, or worship of God—what use is such a place?' Therefore, the purpose of a community center is to create this exact kind of sacred space for devotion and collective worship here on earth.
