Chapter 28 tells a wonderful story of a devout lady from Berhampur who had a vision of Sai Maharaj despite never having had his direct darshan. In her dream, Baba came to her door and asked for khichdi. Upon waking, she found no one there but was deeply moved by the experience. Sometime later, her husband, an officer in the Post Department, was transferred to Akola. This vision was so powerful that it inspired the couple to feel the wonder of Sai's maya and prepare for a journey to Shirdi to seek His darshan in person.
