Certainly. After Sai Baba's Samadhi, a devotee named Narayanrao became afflicted with a severe illness when all worldly remedies and medicines had failed. Despite his suffering, he continued to meditate on Baba day and night. As described in Chapter 33, Sai Baba appeared to Narayanrao in a dream, coming from an underground chamber to give him assurance. Baba told him not to worry and that his health would improve from the next day, with full recovery in a week. True to Baba's word, Narayanrao got up and sat after eight days, and later traveled to Shirdi to share this miraculous experience at the Samadhi.
