Can you tell me the story of how Chand Patil first met Sai Baba?

According to Chapter 5 of the Shri Sai Satcharitra, Chand Patil, a fortunate Muslim man from Dhup village, had lost his mare and was searching for her for two months. Disappointed, he was returning home with the saddle on his back when he encountered a Fakir under a mango tree. This Fakir, who was Sai Baba, was described as wearing a cap and a kafni, and was preparing a chillum. Baba called out to him, invited him to rest, and then miraculously told him the exact location of his lost mare near a stream. After Patil found the mare and returned, he witnessed Baba perform another wonder by pulling a glowing ember from the earth with his tongs to light the chillum, which made Patil realize he had met a great saint.
