Can you tell me the story of how Balabuva Satarkar, the 'Modern Tukaram', came to perform at the Ram Navami festival in Shirdi?

📖 Chapter 6

Balabuva Satarkar, a renowned Haridas also known as the 'Modern Tukaram', deeply desired to have Sai Baba's Darshan. As Chapter 6 explains, his usual commitment to perform the Ram Navami Kirtan at Siddha-Kavthe was unexpectedly cancelled due to a plague outbreak in the village. This provided him with the opportunity to go to Shirdi. He connected with Dixit, a prominent devotee, and expressed his wish to perform Kirtan there. Dixit assured him he would seek Baba's permission and also cover the travel costs. Following Baba's approval, Balabuva traveled to Shirdi, had ample Darshan, and performed the entire Ram Navami festival Kirtan with great love and novelty, fulfilling his heart's desire.
