Can you tell me the story of Damu Anna based on the Shri Sai Satcharitra?

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 25

The story of Damu Anna is presented as a testament to Sai Baba's love for His devotees. As detailed in Chapter 25, Damu Anna was a well-to-do bronze-smith (Kasar) from Ahmednagar who was deeply devoted to Sai's feet. He had a significant personal challenge, as he had two wives but no children until he received Sai's blessings and was blessed with sons. His devotion was also expressed through his participation in the annual Ram Navami festival, for which he provided one of the two large flags taken in procession through Shirdi village. This story is shared to show how Sai wards off the misfortunes of those with one-pointed faith.
