Damu Anna, also known as Damodar Savalram Rasane, was a wealthy bronze-smith (Kasar) from Ahmednagar who was a devoted follower of Sai Baba. As described in Chapter 25, his story demonstrates Sai's readiness to protect His devotees. Despite having two wives, Damu Anna was without children for a long time, but he was eventually blessed with sons after receiving Sai's grace. He was also known for his vow related to the Ram Navami festival in Shirdi.
