Can you tell me about the timeline and key events related to the construction of Dixit Wada?

The idea for Dixit Wada began modestly and evolved over time. As detailed in Chapter 4, after his first darshan of Sai Baba in November 1909, Dixit returned for a second visit in December of the same year. It was then that the initial thought occurred to him to build a tin roof structure for the convenience of pilgrims. This idea soon grew into a firm decision to construct a proper Wada. The following year, after receiving Baba's approval on December 9th, the foundation stone for the Wada was laid on what was considered an auspicious day.
