Can you tell me about the devotee named Kashiram and the incident where he fought off thieves?

📖 Chapter 0

Kashiram was a devotee who, on the advice of a saint, carried powdered sugar to feed ants. As detailed in Chapter 0, thieves mistook his bundle of sugar for treasure and attacked him. Displaying great courage, Kashiram refused to give up the bundle, picked up a dropped sword, and killed two of the attackers. He was then struck in the head with an axe and fell unconscious. The text explains that at this very moment, Maharaj became agitated in Shirdi, which was understood as his method of protecting a devotee in peril. Kashiram survived, refused hospital care, and was taken to Shirdi where he recovered by Maharaj's grace. For his bravery, he received a sword from the Bombay government.
