Kashiram was a cloth seller and a devotee of Maharaj. His story, found in Chapter 0, highlights his immense faith. When attacked by Bhil robbers, he willingly let them take some belongings but fiercely protected a small bundle. This bundle, containing only powdered sugar to feed ants as advised by another saint, was very dear to him. During the fight, he was struck by an axe and left for dead but miraculously survived.
