Kaka Saheb Dixit's first encounter with Sai Baba was a direct result of an accident he had while in England. As detailed in Chapter 4, his foot slipped, leaving him with a physical lameness. While this seemed like misfortune, it was described as an auspicious event, a "Guru-Pushyamrit" yoga. Because of this injury, he met Chandorkar, who told him about Sai Baba's fame.
