Can you tell me about Damu Anna and his story as mentioned in the Sai Satcharitra?

📖 Chapter 25

Certainly. The story of Damu Anna is introduced in Chapter 25 as a testament to Sai Baba's love for His devotees. Damu Anna was a well-to-do bronze-smith (Kasar) from Ahmednagar who was deeply devoted to Sai's feet. Although he had two wives, he was initially childless but was blessed with sons after receiving Sai's grace. As a mark of his devotion, he upheld a vow for many years to provide one of the two large flags used in the annual Ram Navami festival procession in Shirdi, an act he performed with uninterrupted love and dedication.
