Can you recount the story of the devotee from Akola who brought khichdi for Sai Baba?

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 28

Certainly. Chapter 28 of the Shri Sai Satcharitra tells of a lady from Akola who had vowed to offer khichdi, or naivedya, to Sai Baba. After a delay of fourteen days, she finally arrived in Shirdi with her offering. She found that Baba was already having his meal behind a curtain, but her urge to fulfill her vow was so strong that she did not wait. Not heeding anyone, she moved the curtain aside with her own hand and entered. Baba's reaction was a wonder to all; he became delighted upon seeing the khichdi, held the plate with both hands, and eagerly ate the morsels, showing immense appreciation for her devotion.
