Can you recount the story of Khimji Lalji Joshi's daughter and how she was healed by Udi?

📖 Chapter 33

Certainly. A footnote in Chapter 33, provided by R. Hari Sitaram Dixit, shares the story of Khimji Lalji Joshi's daughter. She was gravely ill for many days, and her condition became very serious. Her mother first sought relief by obtaining Maharaj's Udi, which provided some immediate help. The family then took the daughter to Shirdi. She was so weak, with limbs like twigs, that she had to be carried to Baba. As the account in Chapter 33 explains, Maharaj applied Udi to her and blessed her. Miraculously, within two to four days, she began walking on her own. When she still had trouble getting up, she complained to Maharaj, who gave her a fruit to eat, which completely removed her remaining difficulty.
