Certainly. Kashiram, a cloth seller, was once attacked by Bhil robbers while returning from a market on his horse. According to Chapter 0, the robbers initially took some of his belongings, which he did not resist. However, when they tried to take a small, specific bundle, Kashiram fought back fiercely. The thieves believed it held treasure, but it only contained powdered sugar for feeding ants. The bundle was so dear to him that he picked up a dropped sword and killed two of the thieves to protect it. A third thief then struck him on the head with an axe, leaving him unconscious. The robbers, thinking he was dead, fled. Kashiram survived and insisted on being taken to Shirdi rather than a hospital.
