The story of Bapugir Gosavi's journey is a wonderful example of Baba's divine intervention. As told in Chapter 33, Gosavi was instructed by Baba to go to Jamner but had only two rupees. Baba simply told him to go peacefully and have faith. After spending most of his money on a train ticket to Jalgaon, he was left with just fourteen annas and great anxiety. At that very moment, a Sipahi approached him, explaining he was sent by Chandorkar with a fast Tanga to take him to Jamner. Gosavi was overjoyed, realizing Baba had orchestrated this help. Even when Gosavi became suspicious of the Tangawala's Muslim-style beard, the driver reassured him that he was a Hindu Rajput and that the food they were about to eat was also sent by Nana Chandorkar, resolving all doubts.
