Can you recount the incident where a devotee was interrupted while reading the Bhagavat and what this reveals about Baba's priorities?

📖 Chapter 18

Chapter 18 describes a telling incident involving the narrator's reading of the Bhagavat. The narrator, engrossed in the daily practice, had read half a story when he decided to put the book aside and rush to the Masjid, desiring to hear Baba's own stories. However, Baba was not pleased with the sacred reading being left incomplete. The text states that 'in Baba’s mind, there was no satisfaction other than the Bhagavat, which had been left in distress.' For this reason, Baba insisted that the narrator go back and finish reading the remaining part of the text. This marvel reveals Baba's immense emphasis on disciplined spiritual practice and the completion of assigned duties over the simple desire for his physical company or casual stories.
