Can you outline the timeline and evolution of Dixit's plan to build accommodations in Shirdi?

πŸ“– Chapter 4

The idea for construction first occurred to Kaka Saheb Dixit in December 1909, during his second visit to Sai Baba. As described in Chapter 4, his initial thought was modest: to take twenty-five shares and build a tin roof to provide convenience for visiting pilgrims. This initial idea quickly grew into a more ambitious project, and a firm decision was made in his mind to build a full stone "Wada." The following year, after taking Baba's approval, the foundation stone was laid on December 9th. The next day, December 10th, Baba gave the formal order for Dixit to proceed with laying the foundation.
