Can you narrate the story of how Chand Patil first met Sai Baba?

Chapter 5 of the Shri Sai Satcharitra details the first meeting between Chand Patil and Sai Baba. Chand Patil, a fortunate Muslim man from Dhup village in the Aurangabad district, had lost his mare and was searching for her for two months. While returning disappointed with the saddle on his back, he came across a mango tree. Under this tree, as narrated in Chapter 5, he saw a Fakir wearing a cap and a kafni, who called out to him, inviting him to rest and smoke a chillum. This Fakir was Sai Baba, and this chance encounter marked the beginning of their journey together.
