Certainly. While returning from Naur market, Kashiram, a cloth merchant, was attacked by Bhil robbers. As detailed in Chapter 0, the robbers initially took some of his belongings, but when they tried to snatch a small bundle dear to him, he resisted. This bundle contained powdered sugar for feeding ants, a practice advised by a saint. In the ensuing struggle, Kashiram managed to kill two thieves with a dropped sword but was then struck in the head with an axe by a third. He fell unconscious and was left for dead. However, Chapter 0 explains that he was not dead. He regained consciousness and, due to his immense faith, insisted on being taken to Shirdi instead of a hospital. There, under Maharaj's instructions and grace, he was treated by Madhavrao Deshpande and eventually recovered.
