Can you explain the system Baba set up for the reading of scriptures at Sathe's Wada?

Sai Baba had a specific method for disseminating spiritual knowledge through sacred texts. As detailed in Chapter 18, he would assign a devotee, such as Bapusaheb Jog, the task of reading a book like Jnaneshwari or Nath Bhagawat daily in Sathe's Wada. Jog would first go to Baba after his meal to take Udi and receive permission for the reading. Then, as other devotees came to the Masjid to see Baba, he would instruct many of them to go to the Wada to listen. This created a structured and continuous opportunity for devotees to hear the scriptures, a system which Chapter 18 confirms was of "great use to the devotees."
