Sai Baba revealed Sapatnekar's life story in a miraculous and indirect manner. As described in Chapter 48, after Sapatnekar resolved to hold Baba's feet, a Dhangar (shepherd) woman arrived and began massaging Baba's waist. Baba started a conversation with her, but Sapatnekar, who was listening carefully, was stunned to realize that Baba was narrating his own entire life story. The account was so detailed that it even included the painful memory of his late son's death.
