Can you explain the story behind the wooden plank Maharaj slept on in the Masjid?

The Masjid where Maharaj sat and slept was in a dilapidated state, with dust from below and mud falling from above. A devotee named Nanasaheb Dengle, wanting to provide a better sleeping surface, brought a thick wooden plank for Maharaj. However, as detailed in Chapter 0, Maharaj used it in a unique way.
