A devotee named Nanasaheb Dengle, wanting to provide a better sleeping surface, brought a thick wooden plank for Maharaj. However, as detailed in Chapter 0, Maharaj used it in a unique way. Instead of placing it on the ground, he hung it from the rafters of the Masjid using old rags and began sleeping on it. This became a spectacle for many people.
