Can you explain the story behind the construction of Dixit Wada, from the initial idea to the foundation being laid?

The idea for what would become Dixit Wada began during Kakasaheb Dixit's second visit to Shirdi in December 1909. Initially, he just thought of building a tin roof with twenty-five shares to provide convenience for pilgrims. However, as Chapter 4 recounts, this initial thought later evolved into a firm decision to construct a proper Wada. The plan moved forward the following year. After taking Baba's approval, the foundation stone was laid on December 9th, which was considered an auspicious time. On that very day, Dixit's brothers arrived unexpectedly, and Dadasaheb Khaparde was also present.
