Can you explain the sequence of events that made Balabuva Satarkar available to perform at the Shirdi Ram Navami festival?

📖 Chapter 6

Balabuva Satarkar's availability was the result of an unfortunate event that turned into a blessing. According to Chapter 6, he had a long-standing annual commitment to perform the Ram Navami Kirtan at Siddha-Kavthe, for which he received a fee under an imperial decree. However, that particular year, a plague struck the village of Kavthe, leading to the cancellation of the festival. He received letters telling him the village was empty and he should come the next year. This cancellation of his usual service freed him up, providing the unexpected opportunity to pursue his desire to visit Shirdi, which ultimately led to his memorable performance there.
