Can you explain the rules regarding departing from Shirdi as described in Chapter 9?

📖 Chapter 9

According to the accounts in Chapter 9, there was a very specific characteristic of a pilgrimage to Shirdi concerning departure. The text clearly states that if a pilgrim leaves Shirdi without first receiving Sai Baba's explicit permission, they invite obstacles and trouble upon themselves. However, the rule was twofold; once Baba granted permission to leave, the devotee was expected to depart promptly. Staying in Shirdi for even a moment longer than permitted was also said to bring trouble. The chapter notes that many devotees had experienced the negative consequences of not adhering strictly to Baba's timing, whether they tried to leave too early or stay too long.
