Can you explain the prophecy Sai Baba gave to Ramchandra Patil and how it ultimately unfolded?

📖 Chapter 42

According to the events described in Chapter 42, Sai Baba made a significant prophecy to Ramchandra Patil, who was suffering from a severe illness. Baba assured Ramchandra that his own danger had passed but foretold a different fate for Tatya. The prophecy stated that in the Shaka year 1840, on the day of Vijayadashami, Tatya would "attain the eternal state." As this day approached, Tatyaba fell gravely ill, and simultaneously, Baba's own health deteriorated. On the prophesied day, just as Tatya seemed on the brink of death, a wonder occurred. Tatya's life-danger passed, and he recovered. Instead, it was Baba who left his physical body at that exact time, fulfilling the prophecy in an unexpected way that suggested an exchange of his own life for Tatya's.
