Can you explain the philosophical concepts of oneness and duality as presented in Chapter 14?

📖 Chapter 14

Chapter 14 delves into the philosophy of oneness versus duality, presenting a clear perspective on spiritual reality. It teaches that the intellect establishing duality, or seeing differences, is a form of pure ignorance that leads to the cycle of birth and death. Conversely, achieving oneness is the goal. The text states that the same Essence that is in one's own body is present in the entire universe. As Chapter 14 explains, by surrendering to this Essence and turning away from ignorance through the Guru's teachings, the mind is purified, and one can attain the state of their true nature, which is non-duality. Even a trace of perceived difference in the mind prevents the realization that everything, from Brahma to a blade of grass, is pervaded by Brahman.
