Can you explain the origin and practice of the 'Satya-Sai' vow as described in Chapter 13?

📖 Chapter 13

The 'Satya-Sai' vow, as detailed in Chapter 13, was a tradition started by the grateful Patil who was miraculously cured by Sai Baba. Drawing a parallel to the common practice of vowing to perform a Satyanarayan puja to overcome crises, the Patil initiated his own version dedicated to Sai. According to the chapter, every Thursday after bathing, he would read from Das Ganu's 'Bhaktalilamrut.' Specifically, he would read the three chapters dedicated to Sainath, which he considered to be the 'Satya-Sai story.' This practice, which included offerings and celebrations similar to a Satyanarayan puja, brought him immense happiness. He saw no difference between Narayan and Sai, and this act of devotion, born from faith and gratitude, became a custom in his village.
