Can you explain the miracle involving Ramgir Buwa, Nana Chandorkar, and the mysterious Tanga?

This story illustrates Sai Baba's miraculous intervention. Ramgir Buwa was transported by a mysterious Tangawala (cart driver) to Nana Chandorkar's village. Upon arrival, just as Ramgir stepped away for a moment, the Tanga, horses, and driver vanished completely. When Ramgir met Nana, he learned that Nana's daughter was in the midst of a very difficult labor. The Udi that Ramgir had brought from Baba was administered, and she immediately found relief and had a smooth delivery. Chapter 33 reveals that Nana had not sent any Tanga, leading them to conclude that the entire event, from the mysterious transport to the timely arrival of the Udi, was a divine act of Sai Baba to help his devotee in a time of crisis.
