The Buti Wada was transformed into the Samadhi Mandir by a direct command from Sai Baba in his final moments. While Bapusaheb Buti was despairing over the future of the mansion during Baba's illness, a divine turn of events occurred. As stated in Chapter 39, Baba's last words were, "Place me in the mansion." This final instruction resolved all uncertainty and was seen as Sai's command. Following this, the holy body of Sai Baba was placed in the inner sanctum of the building, the very spot that had been prepared for the idol of Murlidhar. Thus, the mansion's "great fortune was realized," and it became the sacred Samadhi Mandir.
