Can you explain the events of the Sanyasi's second visit to Mamlatdar Dev's house in Dahanu?

About a month after being told to return later, the Sanyasi reappeared in Dahanu, much to Dev's surprise. As detailed in Chapter 40, instead of asking for a donation for cow protection, the Sanyasi's request was entirely different. He arrived around ten o'clock, the time for Brahmin meals, and stated, "I haven't come for money; today we want a meal." He also mentioned he had two companions with him. Despite his initial suspicion, Dev graciously agreed, telling the Sanyasi to consider the house his own and inviting the three of them to come for their meal at noon. The trio returned at twelve, were served a satisfying meal, and then departed.
