Can you explain the different types of meditation Baba suggests and their ultimate goal?

📖 Chapter 19

Baba outlines two primary approaches to meditation for his devotees. As described in Chapter 19, the first is to meditate on his formless nature, which he characterizes as 'pure knowledge, consciousness, or the cloud of bliss.' Recognizing this might be difficult, he offers an alternative: meditating on his form with attributes (Saguna), which involves bringing his physical form into the mind from head to toe, day and night. The ultimate goal of either practice is to make the mind one-pointed. When this is achieved, the distinction between the meditator, the meditation, and the object of meditation disappears, allowing the devotee to attain a state of pure consciousness and oneness with Brahman, as stated in Chapter 19.
