Can you explain the different methods of meditation that Baba recommended and their ultimate purpose?

📖 Chapter 19

In Chapter 19, Sai Baba outlines two primary methods of meditation. The first is to meditate on his formless nature, which he describes as pure knowledge, consciousness, or a cloud of bliss. The second, for those who find the first method difficult, is to meditate on his form with attributes (Saguna), visualizing him from head to toe day and night. The ultimate purpose of either practice is to make the mind one-pointed. Baba explains that this leads to the dissolution of the triad of meditator, meditation, and the object of meditation. When this occurs, the practitioner attains the state of pure consciousness and achieves oneness with Brahman.
