Can you explain the concept of 'I and mine' as a form of bondage and the path to liberation from it, as described in the text?

📖 Chapter 17

Chapter 17 presents the concepts of "I and mine" and "me and you" as the root of delusion and bondage. This confusion of bodily ego causes one to forget their true nature as pure Brahman. The text describes this state as being like a parrot tied to a tube, deluded by the Maya of infatuation. To achieve freedom, you must recognize this ego as a mirage and become free of 'mine-ness'. The path to liberation involves transcending the dualities of both bondage and liberation itself to remain in a pure, self-controlled state. This requires discarding ignorance and acquiring special knowledge (Vijnana).
