Can you elaborate on the philosophical concepts of Oneness and Duality as explained in Chapter 14?

📖 Chapter 14

Chapter 14 provides deep philosophical teachings on Oneness versus Duality. It teaches that the Essence within one's own body is the very same Essence that pervades the entire universe. True wisdom lies in surrendering to this Essence, which leads to the realization of oneness for all. Conversely, holding onto manifoldness, or duality, is described as pure ignorance that traps one in the cycle of birth and death. The chapter clarifies that the Guru's teachings are essential for purifying the mind and turning away from this ignorance. Achieving a state of non-duality means recognizing that even a trace of difference in the mind prevents this realization. As Chapter 14 powerfully concludes, everything from "Brahma down to a blade of grass" is pervaded by Brahman, even if it seems otherwise to the undiscerning.
