Can you describe what Sai Baba's relationship with his own Guru was like?

📖 Chapter 19

According to Chapter 19, Sai Baba's relationship with his Guru was one of profound love and intense devotion. Baba recounts serving his Guru for twelve years, during which he was raised with immense affection and never lacked for food or clothing. His devotion was so complete that he would gaze at his Guru's face day and night, feeling neither hunger nor thirst, and his mind was restless without him. Baba states, 'he was my only constant contemplation.' In return, the Guru offered constant protection, watching over Baba with a 'merciful glance,' much like a mother tortoise who nurtures her young from afar simply with her loving sight.
