Dadasaheb Khaparde, a learned and prominent public figure, came to Shirdi with his family, deeply immersed in their love for Sai Baba. As detailed in Chapter 27, Khaparde himself, despite being a great orator, maintained a vow of silence before Baba, a practice shared by only a few other devotees like Noolkar and Butti. His family stayed for seven months, and his wife demonstrated immense faith.
