Can you describe the robbery incident involving Kashiram and why he fought back so fiercely?

📖 Chapter 0

Kashiram, a cloth seller, was attacked by Bhil robbers while returning from the Naur market. After the thieves took some of his belongings, they reached for a small bundle he was carrying. As explained in Chapter 0, this bundle did not contain treasure, but powdered sugar, which Kashiram carried to feed ants based on advice from a saint named Janakidas Baba. The bundle was very dear to him, and he resolved not to let it go. This prompted him to fight back; he saw a dropped sword, picked it up, and killed two of the thieves before a third struck him on the head with an axe, rendering him unconscious.
