Can you describe the nature and character of Sai Baba based on the Satcharitra?

The Shri Sai Satcharitra describes Sai Baba's life and actions as incomprehensible, marvelous, and profound. Chapter 37 explains his unpredictable state: sometimes he was intoxicated with the bliss of the Self (Brahmananda), while at other times he performed everything while remaining completely detached.
