Can you describe the miracles Chand Patil witnessed when he first met Sai Baba?

Chapter 5 of the Shri Sai Satcharitra describes two wonders that Chand Patil witnessed upon meeting Sai Baba. The first occurred when Baba, hearing that Patil's mare was lost, simply told him to go search near the streams, assuring him the horse was there. Patil followed the instruction and instantly found his mare, which he had been searching for for two months. This led Patil to recognize Baba as a saint. As the narrative in Chapter 5 continues, a second wonder occurred when Baba wanted to light a chillum. He thrust a pair of tongs (chimta) into the earth, pulled out a glowing ember from within, and placed it on the pipe.
