Can you describe the incident where Kashiram was attacked by robbers and explain how Sai Baba was involved?

πŸ“– Chapter 0

Kashiram, a cloth merchant, was once attacked by Bhil robbers while returning from a market. As narrated in Chapter 0, he fought them not for his valuables, but to protect a small bundle of powdered sugar he carried for feeding ants. In the ensuing struggle, he killed two robbers before being struck with an axe and left unconscious. Simultaneously in Shirdi, Maharaj (Sai Baba) became extremely agitated, shouting and swearing. Devotees present recognized this as a sign that Baba was spiritually intervening to protect a devotee in mortal danger. Kashiram survived and, refusing hospital care, was brought to Shirdi where he recovered under Baba's grace, demonstrating Baba's protective power over his followers even from a distance.
