Can you describe the construction and completion of Dixit Wada?

The construction of Dixit Wada was a significant development in Shirdi. The idea originated in December 1909 when Kaka Saheb Dixit, after his second darshan of Sai, decided to build a structure for pilgrims. According to Chapter 4, after receiving Baba's approval, the foundation stone was laid on December 10, 1910. This was a carefully chosen, auspicious time. The construction progressed, and the house-warming ceremony, or 'Griha-pravesh,' was successfully completed according to all rituals on the auspicious day of Ram Navami in the year 1911, providing much-needed spacious accommodation for devotees.
