Certainly. On that day, the Chavadi procession was a grand affair, conducted with all royal honors. As detailed in Chapter 42, the palanquin was decorated with flowers and brought to the courtyard by Baba's order. The procession party included participants carrying silver maces, banners, whisks, umbrellas, flags, the eagle-standard (Garud-taka), and sun-shades (Abdagiri). A great roar of "victory to Sainath" arose from the crowd, creating what was described as a flood of joy. Before the procession began, Baba calmed down after a period of agitation, wore fresh clothes, wrapped a white cloth around his head, and took a puff from his clay pipe at what seemed to be a perfectly auspicious moment.
