Can you describe Sai Baba's routines that allowed Amir Shakkar to have his darshan from the Chavadi?

📖 Chapter 22

Chapter 22 provides details on how Amir Shakkar was able to have Sai Baba's vision despite being confined to the Chavadi. Daily, Baba's morning alms round took him past the Chavadi, so Amir could see him coming and going. In the evenings, Baba would come before the Chavadi, moving his finger and head to salute all directions before returning to the Masjid. Furthermore, on the alternate days when Baba stayed in the Chavadi, Amir had an even more intimate experience. After the Aarti and departure of devotees, only a nominal curtain separated them, and they would talk with each other with calm minds.
