Can you describe Maharaj's unusual sleeping habits in the Masjid, particularly regarding the lights?

📖 Chapter 0

The source material describes a unique sleeping arrangement Maharaj adopted. After his devotee Nanasaheb Dengle provided a thick wooden plank to prevent him from sleeping on the dusty ground of the dilapidated Masjid, Maharaj chose not to place it on the floor. Instead, as detailed in Chapter 0, he hung the plank from the rafters using old rags and began sleeping on it. While he slept on this suspended plank, he would place four lit lamps at its four corners. The text doesn't explain the reason for the lamps, only that this was his practice.
