Chapter 28 provides another example of Baba's insight into Laxmichand's physical state. On the day the khaja was served, Laxmichand was not only mentally craving the sweet but was also physically uncomfortable. The text notes he was "hungry, and his back was also bent with hunger" and that he was "restless of mind" due to hunger in his stomach and pain in his back. At this moment, Baba's words directly mirrored his condition: "Hunger has come, that's good. There should be medicine for back pain." This direct acknowledgment of his specific physical ailments, hunger and back pain, was another clear demonstration of Baba's inner knowledge, or antargyan.
